Report abuse or impersonation

This form is for data controllers (lenders, organisations) and anyone else who believes SARTastic is being misused — for example, if a Subject Access Request letter you’ve received appears to be submitted by someone impersonating one of your customers.

If you have reason to believe a request sent via SARTastic is fraudulent or impersonates a customer, please report it here. Upon receipt of a credible report, we may:

Temporarily suspend the relevant account while we investigate.
Preserve relevant audit logs for potential regulatory or law enforcement review.
Prevent any further requests from being dispatched via the flagged account.

SARTastic is a tool; we dispatch letters on behalf of our users who warrant they are the data subject (see our Terms of Use § 5A). We do not run third-party identity verification, and we rely on you (the data controller) to verify identity before releasing personal data.

By submitting, you agree that the information above may be used to investigate and, where appropriate, suspend accounts. We will not share your report with the subject of the complaint without your consent. Submission rate-limited to 5 reports per minute per IP address.
